Anne Laura is an Integrative Functional Medicine Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) who is certified in Advanced Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy.
She was born and raised in Tennessee and attended college at the University of Tennessee where she studied nutrition. Her advanced education includes a Master’s in Nursing Adult/Geriatric Health from Vanderbilt University, a Master’s of Science in Nutrition from Middle Tennessee State University, a dietetic internship at Penn State, Duke’s Leadership Program in Integrative Medicine, and the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine.
Anne Laura loves working out at Orange Theory and Barre3, horseback riding and embarking on healing retreats in nature with friends. The focus of her practice is to help patients live their healthiest, most vibrant and fulfilling lives. During sessions, Anne Laura creates a personalized health plan based on an integrative total wellness model. Philosophically, Anne Laura is aligned with mind, body and soul healing. She imparts love and a sense of gratitude to everyone she works with in support of their healing path.
